Nepal & India Earthquake 2015

A massive earthquake, measuring 7.8 on the Richter scale, struck Nepal on the 25th of April, causing immense loss of life and property. Hope is what remains, and we need to ensure that hope is not lost.

The number of casualties is on the rise, with more reported dead and missing with each report that is emerging. The road to recovery is going to be long and arduous, and it will take months for normalcy to return.

While governments and organisations work on the colossal task of clearing debris, finding survivors and providing food and shelter to those most in need of it, let us do our bit in helping those who need it most.

We can extend a hand and do our bit by making different kinds of contributions, whether monetarily or in the form of packed food items, clothing, clean drinking water and shelter.

This website is our attempt in ensuring that help and assistance reach those most in need. We do this in two ways:

  • First, if you or your friends and/ or relatives are traveling to Nepal, please carry whatever extra you can. Get in touch with us and we will help coordinate the whole effort.
  • Second, we encourage you to make a monetary contribution for victims in Nepal. Every penny collected will be donated to a recognised organisation working to help victims.

PS. The organiser is a commercial pilot from Nepal working with a leading global airline and is actively involved in working for the underprivileged in Nepal. He can be reached at:
